Position Details
What Makes Us Different
Work-Life Balance: We value family and self-care above all. Work stays within work hours, with no required nights or weekends.
A Calm, Encouraging Workplace: We prioritize open communication, calm and peaceful workdays, and encouragement over pressure. We are selective in hiring both team members and clients, ensuring a positive, respectful, and trusting work environment.
Opportunities for Growth: We don't just offer jobs; we invest in career development and growth within the company, goal planning, and customized pay and benefits, including 401(k) matching and paid time off, to support long-term success.
Real, Hands-On Training: Every new cleaner trains one-on-one with our owner for 2 to 4 weeks, even if you've cleaned professionally before. You'll learn our products, techniques, and level of detail across many types of cleans and conditions, with written checklists, video training, and continued training as new projects come up.
High Standards and Real Support: Work is inspected during and after training, teammates check each other's work, and we do periodic quality audits. It's how we keep our standard consistent, and how we help you keep growing.
