Our Service

That's our goal! We try to keep the same team at the same home to help foster relationships between cleaners and clients and maintain consistency of the cleans.
Yes! We offer a 24-hour worry-free guarantee. We will come back and fix anything you are not happy with.
We don't mind if you are there or not. We can work around you!
Nope — too easy to misplace. You can stash it somewhere for us if you'd like.
We do every sort of clean you can think of, including commercial cleanings at restaurants, offices, airports, schools, and more.
In this rare event, we will pay to have it fixed or replaced.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid our last-minute cancellation fee of $75.

Pricing

Regular services run between $180–$240 on average, but are dependent on your square footage, how you maintain your space between services, and how frequently you have us.
This varies considerably, but typically falls between $400–$600. Larger jobs (larger square footage or broader scope) average $700–$1,000.
Deep cleaning is hard on our bodies and requires an experienced eye with knowledge of the best techniques to truly transform a space.
In general, subsequent monthly or bi-weekly cleanings after the initial deep clean will cost approximately 3x less than the deep clean.
We base our estimates and each charge on square footage, the condition of the home pre-cleaning, and the scope of work being requested.

Payment

No — an invoice will be sent to you via email after your service is completed.
Please pay as soon as possible. We hate having to hassle clients and ask that you pay within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
You will be sent an invoice through QuickBooks within 24 hours of your service. You may pay with credit or debit card. There will also be a section to tip if you choose — 100% of tips go directly to your cleaning team.
Entirely up to you! Every client and service is different. We never expect it, but it's always appreciated.
Either directly to the cleaner or you can add it to your service payment through the invoice and let us know who it's for.

Products & Equipment

Yes! We use commercial equipment and top-of-the-line products.
We use microfiber cloths, Norwex mops, Shark 2-in-1 vacuums, Dawn soap, bleach-style toilet cleaner, Barkeeper's Friend, magic erasers, a homemade alcohol-based multi-purpose cleaner, and stainless steel polish. We also have specialty products for specific needs. While we prefer soap and water for floors, Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner is available upon request.
We use some of their cloths and their mop system.

About the Company

There is no such thing as a cleaning license, but the company is an S-Corp registered with the state of Colorado.
We can be for a specific home or job, upon request.
Yes! We carry liability insurance.
We run full federal background checks and thoroughly screen all of our cleaners before they enter your home.
